Willsenn Kuo is my kind of guy for getting the best rate and best customer service for any mortgage transaction either refinancing/financing on a new or existing loan. It was the first time that a broker has to wake up at 4:00 AM, at dawn, to submit the application, to catch up with the 3 hour difference between us and New York. That’s the best customer care I have seen so far.
He knows is business very well, very detail oriented and always honest with the customer without giving any empty promises. He got me the best rate available from different lending companies and lowered my monthly payment by $432.00. His detail orientedness enabled us to close the loan in time because we already caught any possible mistake on the application before they were sent. Amazing!!!
