Hi! I am Willsenn Kuo, a full time mortgage broker. I started my mortgage career in 1993. Seeing the joy and pride in the faces of new homebuyers after I have aided them in navigating through the maze of the loan process is the most satisfying and gratifying aspect of my job.

My finance background and experience contributes to my systematic and detail oriented approach to gain approval in a loan package. The completeness and organized presentation of loan packages to the lender is important in an application’s approval or denial. I understand the urgency and importance to my client to have the loan processed with utmost care, speed and confidentiality.

As an independent mortgage broker, I have the flexibility of choosing various lenders, unlike the local bank loan officers who are limited by their own in-house offerings and rate restrictions. I bring more lenders to the table to meet your needs. I have access to various loan programs from well known banks to special niche lenders. In addition to residential loans, I also offer commercial, construction, mixed-use and other financing at a very competitive rates.
